Business Plan
Our
overall goal is to build and maintain a strong and profitable organization
which can provide sustenance and financial security to all of its loyal
employees, even during time of economic uncertainty. In order to achieve this goal, everything
we do aims at providing a great product at competitive prices while ensuring
that we receive our payments promptly, have disputes quickly and fairly
resolved and are dealt with fairly and in a timely manner when conditions
differ. Management has set and holds
everyone accountable to the highest possible standards in all aspects of our
organization, with greatest emphasis on safety, quality, integrity,
productivity, planning and team work.
Our
business plan is generally what it was in the beginning as you can see in our
Company History. This is a well established industry with
many active and already successful participants. It is ever clear that for us to be
successful, management must continue to ensure that each area, from excavating
trenches to tracking our costs to do so, be as efficient and cost effective
as possible.
The
goals of growth and subsequent profit were not firmly set in the beginning,
but as our place in the industry has become more established, we have set
modest goals of annual sales of 10 Million dollars by 2006 with about 8
Million dollars in constant back log (contracts to be started.) For 2005, our projections are 9 million
dollars, with 5 Million dollars of back log.
As
always, in order to grow our operations we need to grow our balance sheet and
our emphasis on growing profit margins will rival all of our other
intentions. However, we will not
forget that profits flow naturally from all of the other things already mentioned
that we need to accomplish.
