Biographies

President Paul founded Paul J. Scariano, Inc. in 1996 and PJS Electric, Inc. in 1998. He has served as President of Paul J. Scariano, Inc. since its founding. He has also served as President of PJS Electric, Inc. since its founding except for a period of several year when he was involved in an advisory capacity only. He graduated with a B. S. in Civil Engineering from the Manhattan College School of Engineering in 1994. Paul believes that ethics, safety, open communication, and common courtesy are just as important to building something as knowing how to build it.	Dominic Parisi, PE Executive Vice President Vice President of Operations Dominic is a NYS licensed Professional Engineer and a graduate of Manhattan College’s School of Engineering with a B. S. in Civil Engineering. He has been Executive Vice President of PJS Electric, Inc and Paul J. Scariano, Inc. since 1997, as well as the Vice President - Operations for PJS Electric, Inc. since 2009. Dominic believes that concentrating on the details of the project lead to a great final product and a happy client and that reputation and quality are just as important as whether you make money on a project!

Joseph M. Condon Vice President – Finance Joe joined Paul J. Scariano, Inc in September 2002 and PJS Electric, Inc. in 2009. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Fordham University. Joe joined PJS after working with Mack Trucks and Eagle Electric. Joe works towards making the financial and administrative side of the organization as efficient and user friendly as possible to allow the construction operations to be as efficient and profitable as possible.	John Vulcano Vice President – Operations Vice President – Project Acquisition John graduated from Manhattan College's School of Engineering with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. After spending seven years in northern California working on seismic retrofit projects, he relocated to NY and has managed heavy construction projects for Paul J Scariano, Inc. first as General Superintendent, then in his current positions since 2005. John has been building things his entire life and knows that building things leads to building a better life for everyone involved.

Luca Toscano Vice President – Construction Luca has the equivalent of an M. S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rome, Italy. He began his career in heavy construction in 1987 and has gained extensive experience in all facets of the construction industry. Luca began with Paul J. Scariano, Inc. in early 2009 as a project superintendent. In less than 2 years, he rose to his current position because of histenacity in building projects the right way. He builds things by focusing on the finished product and bringing everyone and everything together to get it done as safely and efficiently as possible. He believes in living strong everyday.
