History

Paul J. Scariano, Inc. began operations in early 1996 as a heavy construction company with the intent of successfully competing for construction projects in the government and industrial sectors.

Our overall goal is to maintain a strong and profitable organization by operating better than our competitors in all ways, not the least of which include safety, quality, time, integrity, and cost. In this way the people that depend on the organization, from our clients to our employees, can depend on us being there during good times and tough tough.

Goals for market focus, revenues, and performance criteria are updated yearly by the Board of Directors and closely integrated into the daily operations of the organization with constant monitoring and analysis to ensure the direction is always positive.
